well im not overly impressed with the car but its faster then the silver 1....
i havnt got the slips on me atm, but ill postem up soon...

it went 13.8@101 with real cruizy gear changes as for sum unknown reason the clutch kept sticking to the floor
so i didnt get any decent runs in without a misshapp

the old car went 13.60@100 so the mph is there to be faster

found these on fullboost.com.au

ive got sum incar footage aswell on a 14.2@87mph wen the clutch stuck 3rd/4th

i had that in the EL, it's the weights on the pressure plate that give it extra clamping force that hold the pedal down when you flat shift, try adjusting your cable so it closer to the floor, will stop the weights from going past their hinge point. worked for me 8-)
I enjoy the symphony of mechanical harmony,

thats the conclusion me an my mechanic came up with,
ive back the cable of a bit an put in a decent return spring off the clutch fork to the body
havnt had a drama with it yet,
im guna take it to the next meet an see if i can get a better number out of it
im not happy with the 13.8 jan

have you got an EA or EB onwards flywheel. I had the same problem, and I had an EA flywheel, and the pressure plate that suits that flywheel couldnt handle high rpm gear shifts. anything over 5000rpm was a lottery, which sucked considering I should be changing around 58000-5900 rpm. BA Mk1 turbo flywheel and clutch to suit sorted that good. :)

Impressive times though on the gas. :) Sorta makes me want to fit my kit now and crack a low 13. :)

ea's had the 3 bolt flywheel = gayer than aids. throw in the 6 bolt, and you'll be right. the clutch i had with the 3 bolt was good, and copped some abuse, but just didnt like high rpm shifts..

my clutch pedal used to come out so farken hard it my foot would get pins and needles.

the 180 couldnt join us for our after race party, seems he turnd off an went the otherway jus in time

45km/h over the speed limit and street racing...

Cop - "Wats ur reason for exceeding the speed limit by more then 45km/h?"
Me - "impossible, ive got 4.11s an i was onli in 3rd gear, i wouldnt have been past 110"
Cop " well we were sitting on 140 an u were pulling away from us"
Me - *Cheesy Grin*
Cop - "wats ur reason for street racing"
Me - "it was the 180s fault, they were teasing me saying my car was slow....i showd'em aye!"
Cop - "u sure did"
Me - "howcome u pulled me over an not the 180?"
Cop - "u were clearly the faster car an we were stuggling to catch u, an by the time u pulled over, the 180sx had turnd around an we could onli get the VL commodore comming towards us"
Me - "hehe, so wat r u saying....i won?"
Cop - "i like to think that we won"
Me - "I wasnt racing u"
Cop - "well if it makes u happier, yes u won"

YBYAVL- Nice Nitrous setup you've got there. What kind of depletion N20 wise per shot are you getting with what level of power increase for how long (kinda 3 questions bundled into one)? Just another aswell- have you thought about having 6 couples of solenoids with one set per intake pipe to improve effeciency?

oi luke

when you go to court the magistrate determines a time to have the car re-impounded for then they come and pick it up next day.

i lost mine for 6 weeks and 2k fines.

so not too bad, lawyer told me it depends on driving record wich think ours is pretty similar.
