I actually think thats from the "7:30 report" on abc... It's the last little bit for the end of the show... I think.

Yeah it's John Clarke and Brian Dawe... they parody stuff that's happened in politics/current affairs every week. Can see them on 'The 7.30 Report' Thursday nights (they come on as the last segment). Dawe is always the interviewer, Clarke acts as almost anyone - he doesn't even change his voice, mannerisms, etc, it's all in the way he says it.
