How the hell do you get that many K's out of your gas?? I'm running an OMVL system also and only get 350 - 400 k's from a tank.. what size tank do you have?

Speaking of wagons, i am now the owner of a navy blue, el futura... no reg, no rwc. Whats it worth? good overall condition, just dead battery.... and its in sydney. So either sell in sydney, or melb.

65LT usable, Id say tuned very well and the fact the wagon at 110km/h sits on about 1600rpm

1600rpm? You've still got the 2.77s? What an awesome highway cruiser!

600 from 65L is an awesome effort. Best I've managed was 490 from around 55L ("50L" tank).

The two wagons i have owned were probably the two best cars i have had... I regret selling them.
A 2002 Liberty RX and a VK Commodore. Both good for different reasons.

Unfortunatly i don't like Falcon wagons. Was considering a BA wagon a while ago, i just can't do it...
If a VZSS wagon came up cheap that would be mint.

Have the b-series wagons ever been fitted with V8 motors or have they all been 6's?

Dead simple conversion... Still not really viable yet $$ wise.
10k for a BA wagon + 10k for a stacked XR8 + time = Might as well get an SS wagon :(

yeah they are squarer but still have that rounded shape if that makes sense?...was just thinking it might be something different. not sure how it would look... photoshop here i come, but yeah. was thinking of color coding the plastic moulds? would that look any good, another task for photoshop i reckon.

Did you put a layer of foam underneath yours? Cos now mine is nice and tight to close cos of the foam and i dont think I would be able to do the same to panels on either side.
Hard job doing the dash? Havent seen the pics as your thread is like 18 pages long and havent gone thorough them all yet. lol

Your smashed one was Gen 1, and the more rounded look (that lasted til about 2005ish? with a facelift around 2000?) is Gen 2 yeah?

Looking forward to a thread for your next wagon mate, the riceboy in me loves the sound of a boxer.

Ahh right! I had Gen 2 & Gen 3 both in mind as Gen 2 + Gen 2 facelifted.

Great cars, if I smashed my wagon I'd consider one for sure, same as you with Gen 1 or 2, pref 1.
